Products that are not eligible for a return, replacement, or exchange, the specifications are mentioned below:

1. Product tags should not be removed or tempered with.
2. Products that fall under hygiene category like swimwear, headbands, socks, footwear, potty training items, teethers, and feeding-related products.
3. Personalized items that you requested to be designed especially for you.
4. Products that have been fully assembled are not eligible for returns. (Examples - ride-on toys, playpens, woolen toys, wooden toys, combs, hair accessories, bibs).
5. Products that have been used or damaged by you, or are not in the same condition as it was delivered by us.
6. Product packing should be as it is and not torn or in a bad state.
7. Kindly note that the items must be unused, must not be broken or damaged and in its original package.
