How long is each appointment?
Each booking slot is 30 minutes. Please be punctual.
How do I cancel/change my appointment?
Go to the meeting invite and click on either the 'cancel' or 'update' Calendly links provided.
Do I have to turn my camera on for the appointment?
There is no pressure to have your camera turned on if you're not comfortable, or busy multi-tasking.
Do I need to prepare anything for my appointment?
Depending on if you select Facetime or Zoom, ensure you have the relevant app installed on your mobile phone. Facetime will only work on Apple devices.
Please let us know when requesting an appointment which of our categories or products you're interested in so we can get some pieces ready. Alternatively, let us know the age of your child/ren.
How do I pay for items I want?
Have a valid credit card or gift ready and our team can put through an order at the end of your appointment.
Is shipping available?
Yes, we are offering our virtual shoppers complimentary standard express shipping (1-3 days) for a limited time. For Auckland and Wellington customers only, 2-hr shipping is now available - please speak with our team during your appointment for rates.
click & collect
How Click & Collect works:
1. Shop online, and choose the FREE click & collect option at the checkout, we will confirm which store has your entire order available, or use our helpful store availability checker on each product page when you're choosing your items so you can see where they will be available for collection.
2. Your order will be ready today! Order at least 1 hour before store closing time, and your order will be ready the same day. Any other orders will be ready by 10am the following day. We will let you know via email as soon as it is ready for collection.
3. Collect your order from your chosen Nature Baby store, come inside to collect from one of our lovely team at the counter.
If one or more items in your shopping cart are not available in store, you won't be able to complete your order via Click & Collect. You can choose to either remove these items from your cart to continue with Click & Collect or simply continue with all items via standard online delivery.
